We offer free delivery in the UK and service all orders through the Royal Mail’s 2nd Class service. Deliveries usually take between 2 and 4 working days. (If you need your order sooner, please drop me an email hello@joyousacts.com and I’ll see what I can do to help)

I do my very best to despatch all orders within 24 hours!

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.

UK orders will take 3 – 4 working days. European orders can take  4 – 6 working days, and worldwide could take up to 10 working days. 

Yes we do! Our international orders are fulfilled in the UK by Royal Mail International and take up to 10 days, depending on where you are.  Shipping will be calculated at checkout and will be based on Royal Mail’s published rates.  I aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours. 

Excitingly, The Joyous Journal is already winging its way to the US and Canada. In fact, our first ever order was from North America! We love to hear that the journal is spreading is magic far and wide.

It’s so annoying when you’ve been waiting for something and it doesn’t arrive! The best thing to do is to contact the post office, then let us know too and we can figure out what has happened.

If you should decide that you want to return an item, we’ll be super sorry to hear it but will happily refund you. We just ask that you send it back  in good condition and in its original packaging. You can re-use the eco-wrap we sent it  in by flipping it over! 

No worries, we all change our minds sometimes! If you want to cancel or change your colour choice, drop us an email (hello@joyousacts.com) as quickly as you can and we’ll do our best to stop or change the order. If we can’t stop it then you can return it and we’ll arrange a refund or switch as quickly as we can.
